We’re delighted to welcome Ruth Murday to the team at The Company Solicitor.
Ruth joins as a Senior Solicitor from Emms Gilmore Liberson. Ruth advises clients on all aspects of corporate transactional work including disposals, acquisitions and mergers. She also frequently advises clients on group re-organisations and restructuring and on documentation to govern the relationship between shareholders, such as shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.
Ruth has worked with a range of clients, typically SME and OMB, in a diverse range of sectors. Most recently she has advised a number of clients in relation to acquisitions of businesses in the healthcare sector. She has also advised on a merger and fund raising exercise for a group of companies involved in developing new technologies.
Ruth takes a pragmatic and proactive approach to deliver the desired results for her clients. Welcome to the team Ruth!
